Welcome to Vetomall. We created our shop to help all pet moms and dads cater to the needs of their furry children.

Delivery Zone:

We deliver only to those zones: Khalde, Beirut, Baabda-Hazmieh, Baabdet, Sen el Fil, Broumana, Bekfaya, Rabieh, Antelias, Zouk, Shaile, Rayfoun, Jounieh, Ghazir, Safra, Jbeil, Amchit, Hboub

Delivery Time

You can order online 24/7 or by phone at 00961-9-914882 on weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. 

If you are located in Beirut, Broumana, Jounieh, or Byblos, your order will be delivered to you within 24 hours only.

If you are located in any other area across Lebanon, your order will be delivered to you within 3 working days.

Delivery Fees

We have set the minimum order amount at $20. 

The below delivery fees apply all over Lebanon:

- If your order amounts to less than $90, you will be charged $2 for the delivery.

- If your order amounts to $90 or above, the delivery will be free of charge. 

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through our platform, and we have partnered with our dear friends at Areeba to ensure you a secure online payment process.

What Happens When You Place an Order

This is what happens when you order:

1- You place an order either through our website or by phone at 00961-9-914882 

2- You select your preferred payment method 

3- You pay online (if you have selected to pay with a credit card) or Cash on Delivery 

4- You receive a confirmation email stating your order

5- Your order is delivered to the address you entered within 1 to 3 working days depending on your area (see Delivery Time above)

Return Conditions

You can exchange your ordered items or request a refund free of charge within 15 working days from the date of delivery.

In case of refund, you will have to return the items at your expense. In this case, you may contact us at 00961-9-914882 or [Insert Email] to inquire about our nearest Point of Sale.

Refund requests of food items will be processed and approved on a case-by-case basis, provided that these items are sealed and in good condition.

All items delivered have a minimum expiry date of 45 days from the date of delivery.
